That unique combination of huge battery and modest inverter doesn’t just mean it’s ideal for basic backup and camping trips, it also allows them to keep costs down. If you’re trying to spend as little as possible while still getting something reliable, the Bluetti Elite 100 V2 is honestly one of the easiest recommendations right now.

Instead, most of them follow the same basic formula: take what companies like EcoFlow and Anker SOLIX are doing, cut corners, and release cheaper, lower-quality versions of their power stations.
Pecron is one of the few exceptions. Rather than just making low-quality power station clones, they have designed their own lineup of unique units that actually work well, perform reliably, and still come in much cheaper than anything on offer from the big brands.
That’s why we consider Pecron to be our favorite budget power station brand right now. It’s also why we recommend their power stations all the time.
If you’re just looking for something affordable that can handle the basics, the Pecron E1500 is kind of a no-brainer.

Where things get really interesting is when you move into their larger units. The Pecron E3600LFP is one of the best portable power station deals we’ve ever seen, especially if you purchase it as part of their E3600 240V bundle.
For just over $1,000, you’re getting an expandable power station that packs a 3,600W inverter and 3,072Wh battery. If you pair it with a couple of those EP3000 Expansion Batteries, you’re talking about a serious backup power setup for less money than a single Anker SOLIX F3800.
If you need more power, the brand-new Pecron E3800LFP builds on the E3600 platform. For just $150 more, you get a 4,200W inverter, and an extra 250Wh of storage capacity. If you order it now, Pecron will even throw in a free wheeled cart.
We thought the Pecron F3000 was one of the best deals out there when it was first released, and it was priced at $999. Now, you can usually pick one up for $799, which is honestly wild considering you’d expect to pay closer to $1,500 for something comparable from other brands.
You get the same 3,600W inverter and 3,072Wh battery as the E3600, but with a 30A plug and more modern styling. There’s a reason why it has become one of our most recommended power stations.

EcoFlow continues to be one of the dominate brands in the home backup power space. While they don’t exactly have the best reputation for affordability, there are still some really appealing EcoFlow power station deals out there.

The DELTA 2 Max was launched back in early 2023, but that doesn’t mean it’s outdated. In fact, its age is part of the reason why we think it’s such a good deal. It packs a 2,400W inverter and a 2,048Wh battery, as well as a huge variety of output and input ports.
